"Hi, I'm Liz! As a former financial director in design and marketing, I found my calling and took a leap of faith after experiencing my first Thai massage in 2008. With a determined spirit and a passion for holistic treatments, I trained in Thai massage at Bodyharmonics and have been running a successful independent practice in Cheltenham for over 12 years.

 

Along the way, I continue to add to my knowledge having also trained in Sivananda yoga, advanced Thai massage, and Acroyoga.

In addition, I became a qualified tutor and assessor after completing my Level 3 Award in Education and VTCT Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement. I also now teach Thai massage to therapists in groups and on a one-to-one basis. I find that by sharing my knowledge, I learn and grow every day."
