How it works
The first step towards effective treatment is an initial consultation where we discuss your specific concerns, whether it be stress, anxiety, a recent injury, or a long-standing issue. Together, we determine the best approach to address your unique needs. I begin each session with a thorough assessment of your body, taking into consideration the treatment plan we have agreed upon. My treatments are tailored to meet your individual needs, and can be scheduled on an ongoing basis or as needed.
Is it suitable for everyone?
My treatments are designed to suit the individual needs of each client, with the exception of those who have conditions that would typically contraindicate any type of massage. If you are unsure about your suitability for massage, please consult with your GP. If you are receiving an oil treatment, please let me know if you have any allergies or sensitivities to heat or specific oils. I strive to make every treatment safe, comfortable, and effective for all of my clients.

If you need to re-schedule an appointment please give 24 hours notice or the full appointment fee is payable. Treatments are payable by cash or BACS on the day of your appointment.
